You’ll have a dedicated success manager. Customer support will be provided by email, chat, slack, or phone on weekdays during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time, with the exception of U.S. federal holidays.
Customer success manager responsibilities:
Ensure smooth customer onboarding
Monthly health checks to ensure the product is meeting the customer’s needs and expectations
Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
Handle and resolve customer requests
